Return Policy

We strive to make sure that all our products are awesome and just what you want. However sometimes with all the best intentions, things go awry. If anything goes wrong with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can and try and remedy things.  We are happy to refund if goods are damaged or not up to our standards.  

Please make sure you know what you want before you order – we can only issue refunds if the product is faulty, not if you change your mind. Once we have started to make the print we are unable to stop the process.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is as important to us as ours is. We will only ever ask you for the information we need to make sure your order reaches you in perfect condition and as soon as possible.  If we have your email address we will only use it to send updates about what we have available. If you are particularly interested in something we will try and send emails about that. If you want us to get rid if any information we have about you just let us know and we will do it immediately.  We don't share information with anyone else. If you ever have any concerns let us know what we can do.

TERMS OF SERVICE

We have a license to print models from Rocket Pig Games. We do not sell the STL files for others to use. Prices are as listed on the website.

We are able to print models if you get the STL files from other sources. It is presumed that you have purchased the STL file and have the appropriate permission to print this. We are only responsible for printing the file. We do not keep the files once the print is complete. IF you have your own files and wish to get them printed, contact us for a quote and estimated time-line.

We also have a limited number of models to print that have been designed by other people. These models will be listed on the website with their prices attached.

Products will be dispatched once the payment has been received. We accept payment via internet banking, and through the website orders.

All prices are in New Zealand dollars.
